What if I order the wrong size?
No problem. Simply send back the picture frame and mirror and we will exchange it for the correct size. In order to ensure you get the correct size and save on the freight costs of sending the framed mirror back, you may consider cutting a paper image of the size of the mirror out of butcher paper or newspaper and taping it to the wall. This helps you to get a visual of how much space the framed mirror will take.
Do you carry rectangle mirrors?
Yes! Although we are called "The Oval and Round Mirrors Store" we carry a wide variety of framed rectangle mirrors as well. Our Rectangles frames are "Closed Corner" rectangle frames - which mean the rectangles have no corner joints, but are made from one piece of wood. This high quality method of production yields a gallery quality frame that will not warp or separate even after years of use. What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
How long does it take until it is shipped?
Most framed mirrors take 3-4 business days for us to make. Custom framed mirrors take at least 8-10 business days.
Do all colors cost the same?
Only Gold and Silver Leafs, Champagne Gold and Silvers, Veined Onyx, and Venetian Gold add an extra 30% charge to your framed mirror. All other colors do not charge extra on the framed mirrors.
Why does my price change when I go to pay?
The framed mirrors show the price for the smallest available size, when you change framed mirror to the size of your liking, the price will change with it.
